RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
JOHN F. KAVANEWSKY, JR. OF NORWALK TO BE A STATE
REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable John F. Kavanewsky, Jr. of Norwalk to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from November 28, 2026, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
