events, bringing the vision to life from the Mayors Institute for City Design for
the award-winning Soiree on State. She managed public buildings, contributing
behind the scenes to many of the programs, initiatives, meetings, and community
events that residents and staff have come to enjoy and rely on with keen
attention to detail, steady guidance, and commitment to service; and

Whereas, for more than
Soiree on State, Ms. Corder gave leadership and organizational skills to such
events as the Bluegrass Festival, Fall Fest, and appreciation dinners, and she assisted
with the development of the Cayce Art Lot and the creation of the Cayce Cool

all the while faithfully carrying out her municipal clerk responsibilities and
maintaining public buildings on campus; and

Whereas, grateful for
her many years of distinguished service to City of Cayce, the South Carolina Senate
