Kentucky SB 234: AN ACT relating to honey. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 260 to allow for a "certified Kentucky honey" product within the Department of Agriculture Kentucky Proud program; establish provisions for a "certified Kentucky honey" to be marketed under the Kentucky Department of Agriculture Kentucky Proud label; establish penalties.
