Kentucky HB 401: AN ACT relating to members of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System who are called to active military duty. Amend KRS 161.168 to require the state to pay the employee contribution for all members of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System who are called to active military duty so that the member receives service credit in the system for the period of military deployment.
