Tennessee SB 1775: Tennessee Bureau of Investigation - As enacted, authorizes the director of the TBI to appoint a designee to serve in place of the director as a member of the medical investigator advisory council instead of requiring that the director serve as a member of the council. - Amends TCA Section 38-7-201(a)(2)(A)(i).
