Kentucky SB 106: AN ACT relating to educational programs. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require the Department of Education to develop and implement the Kentucky Financial Literacy Program; require a high school student to complete instruction in financial literacy prior to graduation; create a new section KRS Chapter 158 to require the Department of Education to develop and implement the Kentucky Civic Literacy Program; require a high school student to complete instruction in civic literacy prior to graduation.
