Rhode Island SB 307: AN ACT RELATING TO TOWNS AND CITIES -- PROHIBITION OF SINGLE-FAMILY ZONING IN URBAN GROWTH BOUNDARIES ACT OF 2023 (Requires single-family residential zoning in municipalities with populations of over twenty-thousand (20,000) shall allow middle housing and mandates that those municipalities adopt zoning regulations for middle housing.)
