Tennessee HB 139: Children's Services, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department, working jointly with the higher education commission, the board of regents, and public institutions of higher education, to establish a foster care youth outreach pilot program at a minimum of five public institutions of higher education. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 49.
