Tennessee SB 2393: Local Education Agencies - As introduced, revises various provisions of the Tennessee Community Schools Act; authorizes LEAs to collaborate with community partners to establish community schools; authorizes the department of education, subject to the availability of funding, to award transformational community schools grants to assist priority and focus schools in implementing a community school program as part of a school turnaround strategy. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 24.
