RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE 
CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO MAKE PAYMENT IN EXCESS OF 
THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIM 
AGAINST THE STATE OF KALLMAN, MCKINNELL AND WOOD, 
ARCHITECTS, INC.  
Resolved by this Assembly: 
 
That the recommendation of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1 
27513 of said commissioner, that an award of $106,568.64, payable from 2 
the appropriation  to  the  adjudicated  claims  account  of  the  General 3 
Fund, be granted to Kallman, McKinnell and Wood, Architects, Inc., on 4 
such  claim  against  the  state,  is  accepted  and  that  payment  of  said 5 
amount to said claimant is ordered.6
