Idaho H 476: FISH AND GAME – Amends existing law to revise a license class provision regarding certain disabled person licenses; and to provide that specified limitation of liability provisions shall apply to governmental entities, nongovernmental organizations and persons that take certain actions as to land made available to the public without charge for recreational purposes.
