Pennsylvania HB 2180: An Act amending the act of April 9, 1929 (P.L.343, No.176), known as The Fiscal Code, in general budget implementation, further providing for applicability and for definitions and abbreviations; adding preliminary provisions relating to appropriation acts and special provisions for Federal funds and certain miscellaneous provisions relating to appropriations and appropriation acts; and further providing for Department of Human Services, for Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency, for courts of common pleas and for community courts and magisterial district judges.
