AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 16;
Title 36; Title 38, Chapter 12; Title 39; Title 40 and
Title 41, relative to domestic violence.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 38-12-104, is amended by deleting
the section and substituting the following:
The coordinating council shall provide an annual report on its activities to the
Tennessee department of finance and administration office of criminal justice programs,
the governor, the chair of the criminal justice committee of the house of representatives,
the chair of the judiciary committee of the senate, and to the chief clerk of the senate
and the chief clerk of the house of representatives.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect January 1, 2019, the public welfare requiring it.
