An Act relative to electric vehicles.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:

1 SECTION 1. Section 4B of Chapter 89 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
2 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following words:-The
3 provisions of this section shall not apply to drivers who operate electric vehicles.
4 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
