Kentucky HB 501: AN ACT relating to outdoor advertising. Create a new section of KRS 177.830 to 177.890 to permit a local government to allow advertising devices to be placed on any side of a building located in an urban area under its jurisdiction; establish exemptions; amend KRS 177.841,177.860, and 177.863 to conform.
