Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Sport Aviation Village - City of DeLand is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1257, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,125,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Sport Aviation Village - City of DeLand as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1257. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 17
