Tennessee SB 2040: Lottery, Scholarships and Programs - As introduced, requires that the Tennessee HOPE scholarship award amount per student per academic year be no less than 50 percent of the average cost of attendance for the four-year public institutions of higher education for the respective academic year. - Amends TCA Title 49.
