Tennessee SB 1374: Taxes, Sales - As introduced, requires the commissioner of revenue, no later than February 1, 2018, to report to the governor and the general assembly the state administrative costs for remitting sales and use taxes back to local governments in this state. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 6.
