Kentucky HB 441: AN ACT relating to the transient room tax. Amend KRS 91A.390 to apply the transient room tax to stays of 30 days or less; amend KRS 91A.392, 142.400, 153.440, and 153.450 to conform; EFFECTIVE August 1, 2017.
