 Introduced by Sen. RHOADS -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
 printed to be committed to the Committee on Local Government

 AN ACT to amend the Nassau county civil divisions act, in relation to
 the Volunteer and Exempt Firefighter's Benevolent Association of Beth-
 page, Nassau county, New York, Inc.

 The People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-
 bly, do enact as follows:

 1 Section 1. Sections 629.0, 629.1 and 629.6 of chapter 273 of the laws
 2 of 1939, constituting the Nassau county civil divisions act, as added by
 3 chapter 71 of the laws of 1940, are amended to read as follows:
 4 § 629.0 Incorporation; membership. A membership corporation by the
