RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JANIS C. JERMAN
OF NEW BRITAIN TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARBITRATION PANEL.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Janis C. 1
Jerman of New Britain to be reappointed a member of the State 2
Department of Education Arbitration Panel, as a neutral arbitrator, to 3
serve a term ending June 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed and 4
has qualified, whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed. 5
