To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to issue a final
regulation based on the proposed regulation relating to the Programs
of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) under the Medicare and
Medicaid programs.

concerned

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Comprehensive Care 2
for Seniors Act of 2019’’. 3
SEC. 2. DIRECTING THE SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND 4
HUMAN SERVICES TO ISSUE A FINAL REGU-5
LATION BASED ON THE PROPOSED REGULA-6

UNDER THE MEDICARE AND MEDICAID PRO-9

Not later than April 1, 2019, the Secretary of Health 11
and Human Services shall issue a final regulation based 12
on the provisions of the proposed regulation titled ‘‘Medi-13
care and Medicaid Programs; Programs of All-Inclusive 14
Care for the Elderly (PACE)’’ (81 Fed. Reg. 54666). 15
