RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF WAKANA HIROTA
OF BERLIN TO BE A MEMBER OF THE PSYCHIATRIC SECURITY
REVIEW BOARD.
Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Wakana 1
Hirota of Berlin, to be a member of the Psychiatric Security Review 2
Board, as a member of the general public with substantial experience in 3
victim advocacy, in succession to Ranesha L. Nichols, to serve a term 4
ending June 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified, 5
whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed. 6
