Rhode Island SB 594: AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF WESTERLY TO ISSUE NOT TO EXCEED $11,000,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, NOTES AND OTHER EVIDENCES OF INDEBTEDNESS TO FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD AND SIDEWALK INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED WATER LINE IMPROVEMENTS IN THE TOWN (Authorizes the Town of Westerly to issue bonds and notes in an amount not exceeding $11,000,000 to finance the construction of road and sidewalk infrastructure improvements and related water line improvements in the town and all costs related thereto.)
