Tennessee SB 669: Education, Dept. of - As introduced, requires an assessment provider responsible for the misadministration of an assessment to provide an incident report to the department and the LEA or LEAs in which the misadministration occurred no later than 30 days after the misadministration of the assessment. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 60.
