Kentucky HB 127: AN ACT relating to survivor benefits in the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System. Amend KRS 161.520 to remove marriage as a disqualifying event for a widow or widower who is receiving survivor's benefits from the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System; specify that the widow or widower must have been married to the deceased contributing member for not less than five years.
