Kentucky HB 345: AN ACT relating to special powers of appointment. Amend KRS 381.226 to exclude any interest in property created by the exercise of a special power of appointment granted by an instrument that was irrevocable on September 25, 1985, from being construed as requiring the interests to vest within the period specified in KRS 381.224, 381.225, and 381.226.
