Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to establish a 15
task force to evaluate reform options for State permitting processes. The task 16
force would consider ways to make the permitting process more transparent, 17
speedier, and less cumbersome for Vermonters, including evaluating the 18
creation of a single point of entry for all State permits. 19
