Kentucky SB 137: AN ACT relating to absentee ballots for voters. Amend KRS 117.075 and 117.085 to allow qualified voters of advanced age or with a disability or illness the means to vote by using a mail-in absentee ballot or by in-person absentee voting; make technical corrections.
