RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
ROBERT L. GENUARIO OF NORWALK TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Robert L. Genuario of Norwalk to be a State Referee, to serve 2
a term of eight years from May 5, 2026, is approved and confirmed, and 3
he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
