RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
EUGENE CALISTRO, JR. OF GUILFORD TO BE A MEMBER OF THE
JUDICIAL REVIEW COUNCIL.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Eugene Calistro, Jr. of Guilford to be a member of the Judicial 2
Review Council, as a judge of the Superior Court who is not also a judge 3
of the Supreme Court, to serve a term ending November 30, 2026, or 4
until a successor is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, in 5
succession to the Honorable Susan Quinn Cobb, is hereby approved and 6
confirmed. 7
