SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 5

A JOINT RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADJOURNMENT SINE DIE OF THE
2003 SECOND EXTRA SESSION.

Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:

SECTION 1. When the Senate and the House of Representatives,
constituting the 2003 Second Extra Session of the General Assembly, do adjourn on
Wednesday, December 10, 2003, they stand adjourned sine die.
SECTION 2. This resolution is effective upon ratification.
In the General Assembly read three times and ratified this the 10
th day of
December, 2003.
