RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
ROBERT A. D'ANDREA OF LITCHFIELD TO BE A STATE REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Robert A. D'Andrea of Litchfield to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from May 3, 2026, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
