RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER'S
COMPENSATION AWARD TO CHARLES WILLIAMS WITH RESPECT
TO HIS CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE FOR WRONGFUL
INCARCERATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27161 of 1
said commissioner, that compensation in the amount of $2,237,901.68, 2
payable from the adjudicated claims account of the General Fund, be 3
awarded to Charles Williams with respect to his claim against the state 4
for wrongful incarceration, is confirmed. 5
