RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER'S
COMPENSATION AWARD TO CHARLES COLEMAN, JR. WITH
RESPECT TO HIS CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE FOR WRONGFUL
INCARCERATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27237 of 1
said commissioner, that compensation in the amount of $7,788,361.00, 2
payable from the adjudicated claims account of the General Fund, be 3
awarded to Charles Coleman, Jr. with respect to his claim against the 4
state for wrongful incarceration, is confirmed. 5
