Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. City of Apopka Harmon Road Extension is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 73, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
City of Apopka Harmon Road Extension as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 73. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 17
