Idaho S 1009: STATE FIRE MARSHAL – Amends existing law to clarify that the state fire marshal and the state fire marshal’s deputies are considered firefighters for purposes of the Public Employee Retirement System (PERSI) and certain worker’s compensation benefits for first responders.
