RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
JOHN L. CARBONNEAU, JR. OF EAST LYME TO BE A STATE
REFEREE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Jon L. Carbonneau, Jr. of East Lyme to be a State Referee, to 2
serve a term of eight years from May 5, 2026, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a State Referee for said term. 4
