Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Mental Health Support Services for Adults with 9
Disabilities (Boca HabCenter) is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 165, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $103,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Mental Health 16
Support Services for Adults with Disabilities (Boca HabCenter) 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 165. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 19
