A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR A LOCAL DISCRETIONARY PUBLIC 2
PURPOSE IN SENATE DISTRICT 34. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the State of North 5
Carolina, a county, a city, a local school administrative unit, or an agency or subdivision 6
of the above, $70,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal year for a public purpose in Senate District 7
34, to be specified in a committee substitute for this bill. 8
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1989. 9
