Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Holocaust Memorial at the Capitol is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1146, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Management Services to fund the Florida Holocaust 14
Memorial at the Capitol as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1146. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 17
