Kentucky HB 466: AN ACT relating to incarceration costs. Amend KRS 441.025 to require the financial responsibility incurred by incarcerating an inmate to be the responsibility of the fiscal court of the county where the originating charge, order, or warrant was issued regardless of the arresting county's location.
