Kentucky HB 389: AN ACT to relating to the collection and remittance of use tax by remote sellers. Amend KRS 139.340 to require certain remote sellers to collect use tax on sales of tangible personal property or digital property delivered or transferred electronically to purchasers in this state; EFFECTIVE August 1, 2018.
