RESOLUTION VACATING THE DECISION OF THE CLAIMS
COMMISSIONER TO DENY THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
EVAN CLARK, PPA, CHRISTOPHER CLARK AND GRANTING THE
CLAIMANT PERMISSION TO SUE THE STATE.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27178 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the denial of the claim against the state of 2
Evan Clark, PPA, Christopher Clark, is vacated. In accordance with 3
provisions of subsections (b) and (c) of section 4-159 of the general 4
statutes, the General Assembly grants the claimant permission to sue 5
the state. The claimant's action shall be brought not later than one year 6
from the date of the final adoption by the General Assembly of this 7
resolution. 8
