Kentucky SB 161: AN ACT relating to mobile command centers owned by a local government. Amend KRS 189.910 to add mobile command centers owned by a local government, to the definition of "emergency vehicle"; amend KRS 189.920 to allow mobile command centers owned by a local government, to use red oscillating lights.
