AN ACT to amend Tennessee Code Annotated, Title 4;
Title 9; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 67, relative to
transportation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF TENNESSEE:
SECTION 1. Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 67-3-903, is amended by deleting the
section in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law, the public welfare requiring
it.
