Tennessee SB 1779: Hospitals and Health Care Facilities - As enacted, provides that, if an incapacitated or deceased patient has no authorized representative, the patient's next of kin will be treated as an authorized representative for the patient for the purposes of obtaining the patient's hospital records. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
