Idaho H 41: INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES – Adds to existing law to provide that accounts established under the federal Achieving a Better Life Experience Act shall be disregarded when determining an applicant’s eligibility for certain programs or grants and to provide for certain assistance subject to appropriation.
