Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Section 1 of section 3 of chapter 2003-365, 10
Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 2013-255, Laws of 11
Florida, is amended to read: 12
Section 1. District boundaries.—A special taxing district, 13
lying wholly in St. Lucie County, to be known as the St. Lucie 14
County Mosquito Control District, is described as follows: 15
