Kentucky SB 171: AN ACT relating to executive branch ethics. Amend KRS 11A.010 to redefine "public servant"; amend KRS 11A.040 to prohibit a former officer from acting as a lobbyist or a lobbyist's principal for a period of two years after leaving office or termination of employment.
